OLD BUSINESS:

Old Stone Fort (OSF) Show:  Kathy Livingston reported show was good with quilts from SVP and PDG.  Peaceable Day Guild (PDG) had a boutique table and did well.  Ruey Schell made label tags for the quilts with the fort picture on them; thank you Ruey.  This show will now be held every other year (not every year) and held the opposite year of the Empire Quilt Fest show.

Catskill Mountain Quilters Hall of Fame (CMQHOF):  Kathy Livingston, SVP Rep, attended recent meeting at Arkville headquarters where each of the nine guilds gave their report.  Noted was Patchwork in Windham was again collecting quilts for Wounded Warriors should anyone would want to make and donate one.  Also discussed was looking for a new home for CMQHOF inductee plaques to be displayed; possibility the NYS Museum.  The CMQHOF picnic 2026 block will be red, white & blue commemorating 250 years of the country.  The CMQHOF show held September 12 & 13, 2026 will be held at a new location, carriage house behind the huge stone Church.  Sharon Vrooman showed the CMQHOF Round Robin Quilt that will be raffled off at 2026 show.  Each of the guilds will get a number of raffle tickets to sell when printed and available.

By-laws Committee: Comments by members:  when new member joins SVP, along with the SVP quilt pin, a copy of by-laws should be given too.  Selection of election of officers; would be president and 2 members to equal 3.  Audit comment, if one of the two leaves, president would pick another.  Regarding Special Event Committee (like handling selection of special block for out going SVP president or if SVP puts on a quilt show), committee will be appointed as needed.  Name Tag Committee, change to money allowed for monthly name tag bag would be subject to guild members approval. Collen Demuth said $150 allowed last year ($15/month).  Colleen will reply to Emilie with said comments.
