Meeting was called to order by President Barb Haverly

There were 22 members and one guest Karen Almy present

 

Secretary report sent via email Deb made motion to accept Joan seconded all approved

​

Treasurers report balance from December 2024 $2643.38 a deposit of $10.00 member dues new balance $2653.38 Joan made motion to accept Ruey seconded all approved

​

Sunshine committee sent card around for Arlene Vrooman who is not feeling well

​

By-laws committee  has not met

​

Program committee February block is embellished grandmothers fan

​

Old business: Barb Haverly said she was asked if since we would not be doing flowers and quilts at library would we like to have a spot at depot lane when they have the antique show.  After discussion it was decided and voted on that we would not be participating. 

​

New business: Kathy Livingston said Diane Butler from Old Stone Fort asked if we would be interested in displaying quilts at the fort. After discussion maybe later in the year we might be interested. 

​

Name tag drawing there will be 2 names drawn next month

​

Program:  Betty's flower cart this month concertina Rose which she demonstrated with a caution if you hold your needle in your mouth like she does don't swallow or sneeze.

​

Your biggest quilting mistakes was great some that were shown are things many of us have done but didn't show anyone. It was a very helpful program
