The President welcomed 17 members and one guest.

 

Old Business:

    EQF representatives reminded that the canceled 2020 show will not be reschedule, but will be held 2022 with the Anniversary Theme.  All new paperwork, registrations, and work schedules will be presented when the time comes.

 

    Discussion of the need to vote on whether to keep to the day or evening meeting time.  Betsy Macomber moved to keep the day 1-3pm , every monthly Tuesday meeting schedule.  Second by Joan Youman  16 yes, and 1 obstain in house with 1 abstain by e-mail.  Vote carried

 

New Business:

    Quilter's Quest Shop Hop  August 13-23, 2020

Participating shops:

Adirondack, Brookside, Karen's, KC Framing, Log Cabin, Pumpkin Patch & Quilt Bug

A $7.00 passport can be purchased to use if visiting all shops to receive their Hop Packet for contest.

 

Show & Tell:

    Almost everyone had something to share, some with multiple items - lovely showing

    Emily brought a cooler of cucumbers for anyone to take

 

It was requested to have an August outdoor meeting.  Tuesday, August 11th 1-3pm, Timothy Murphy Park Middleburgh

 

Business:

    Program Committee requested to put on the agenda to have assistance in scheduling monthly program/help for the new year so bring your ideas.  If you can or would like to teach a program, we would love to have you share.  

    Bring a Show & Tell - doesn't have to be a finish as we all have those in-progress projects.
