WELCOME:
Members - 17 present Guests - 3 - all became new members
OLD BUSINESS:
Meetings to resume at the St. Mark's Reformed Church - Covid Rules
Must wear masks and spare masks will be kept should someone forget.
Tables and chairs will be set up for distancing - do not move
One rest room to be used (womens) with all supplies provided by guild
Wipe down tables after - cleaning supplies will be provided by guild
Any edible or drinks are to be brought in by individual - take out
All garbage is to be removed off site
Scarecrows in Middleburgh - presented the outline for setting up a display. Guild opted not to participate.

OLD BUSINESS:
Dues
Church Covid Rules - reminder
Payment to Church - discussion on the possibility of being suspended from use of building should the Covid Rules change and losing the ability to meet at the church. Motion by Kathy to pay for 6 months ($300) and second by Emily - passed
Scarecrows - reminder to please take notice of the scarecrows not only in Middleburgh, but also Schoharie and Cobleskill
Pillowcases - due at the December meeting - report that the Catholic Charities Office due to Covid rules has asked that they be washed/dried (no scent) and individually bagged in zip bags. Guild will provide bags at next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:
CMQHOF report - the Fall meeting was cancelled, proposal to put the Inductees photos/bios on the website which would dissolve the need for a second book, .racks are being made for the quilt show and there will be the availability to guilds for loan, and reminder that new Inductions forms will be available in February 2021.
MQX - report that the group has permanently shut down and all shows cancelled
Quilt Barn Trail - Ginny reported that the newest project of the 3-d rotating barn blocks is finished but yet to be decided where it will be set up.
