            Secretary:  approved from web post

            Treasurer:  final balance  $1860.79  motion to approve - Emily , second - Ron , approved

           

OLD BUSINESS:

 

            Susan B Anthony 2020 Project rediscussed - member participation optional

            CMQHOF Quilt Show - reminder to drop off entries at Vrooman’s for delivery

                        SVP in charge of hanging quilts - Emily, Kathy L, Steff, Betsy, Sharon

            Library Banners - blocks turned in by members and Ruth had the wording sections finished

            Empire Quilt Fest:  need two new representatives - Kathy Livingston volunteered

            Dues:  $20 for the year and payable by check please

            Fee for Church:  questioned church if their fees have changed - no, will make check payment

                        As to their normal rental for use of room for meetings and the Saturday classes  $500.00

 

NEW BUSINESS:

            Ginny shared information on the Scarecrow Contest in the town of Middleburgh and would chair

                        The committee if there was interest

            Reminder of the Airing of the Quilts - Saturday, September 15  9am-5pm (rain date 16th)

            Library Quilt Show - students of Arlene Vrooman  Sept 25 - Oct1 

                        Tea Reception and Birthday Party for Arlene on Sept 29th

                        (show set up Sept 24th 6-9pm - take down Oct 1st 6PM)
