Thank you Emilie.  These basket items to be turned in before EQF show and a committee will put them into baskets.

Kathy hoped all have brought their vendor ribbons to complete assembly after meeting.  Betsy Macomber motioned that a $100 gift card be given to Melanie Laraway for making up the lettering for the vendor ribbons again this year for SVP.  Emily Davis seconded; motion passed by members.  Ron Lower will pick up the Pasta Grill gift card.

NAME TAG DRAWING:  Betsy Macomber

PROGRAM:  First, Betsy Macomber stated that she is doing May program (trunk show????????) but suggested she would like to discuss machine quilting of quilts.  Marlene Laraway suggested a topic of what you find on websites to share with others about quilting, etc.  Sharon Vrooman said that Marlene's topic would be a good one for the June (last) meeting.

Program: "Aliens Have Landed" (Sharon Vrooman asked members to bring your oldest UFO or tell how many you have) Sharon stated that UFO's should not be stored in plastic bags; use totes instead.  Then MANY members showed/discussed their UFO's!  Enjoyable to see that I(Steff) am not alone.

Marlene Laraway - Wolf wall hanging (15 plus years)

Nickie Relyea - 8 small fabric bowls

Ron Lower - Batiks (Clarissa quilt pattern)

Thank you all for making a memorable ribbon so a vendor can select his favorite quilt at the April 25-26, 2026 EQF show; maybe they will pick yours if you entered one.

Next Meeting:  May 12, 2026 - Trunk Show by Betsy Macomber (BUT, instead, Betsy will be talking about the "machine quilting" she had done on quilts she has made.)
