Welcome:  The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.  22 Members signed in.

Old Business:

Empire Quilt Fest:  Very successful. Many ribbon winners from Schoharie Guild.

Library Banners:  Will be completed in the future
June Picnic: Kathy Livingston checked out different options for having the June picnic elsewhere. It was voted on to stay at the church for end of year.

Hall of Fame: Raffle quilt to be displayed for ticket sales.  We are responsible for two dates to sell tickets--at the Lily Park 3rd week in July and Heritage Day last weekend of July.

Schoharie Library would like to combine a flower and quilt show on May 18-21, 2018.
Send pictures to Sharon Vrooman for what you want to display.  The flower people want to make arrangements to go with the quilt items displayed.

Ginny thanked the committee for making vendor ribbons and Quinn quilt.

 

New Business:

Susan B. Anthony Museum looking for History Quilt Block for 2020.  Has a website for information.
