Each quilt/item to be placed in separate pillowcase with sewn on label.  The directions/info will be sent via e-mail and/or mail from the EQF committee to those that entered show.  Betsy also mentioned that show sponsors have been generous with bags of batting and thread spools; and those that entered something in the EQF show would have a chance to win one of these items.  She noted that guilds table/set-ups will be located in the small room.  Vendor tables/set-ups will be located in large room up against the walls (quilts will be in the middle of room).  Friday, April 24, set-up by guild members will start around 3PM with vendors to arrive around 5PM.  Note: entries can be dropped off at Vrooman's Quilts, Schoharie, April 17-19 (10AM-4PM) [Betsy will pick up from Vrooman's on Tuesday, April 21] or entries can be dropped off at St.Vincent dePaul Church Cobleskill, April 18 (11AM-1PM).
