Meeting called to order by President Sharon Vrooman

Welcome Arlene Vrooman as guest and former member

Pot luck dinner was enjoyed by all before business meeting

Officers Reports

Treasurers report:  checking $236.91  savings $1261.41  total $1498.32 motion to accept Sandi seconded Edna

Secretaries Report sent by email no corrections or additions motion to accept Joan seconded by Ron

Old Business :

New slate of officers Pres. Sharon Vrooman, VP Emily Davis, Treas. Sharon Nesbitt, Sec. Colleen Demuth was presented for a vote motion to accept Joan seconded Ron carried with Emily Davis abstaining

Saturday class on Happy Villages presented by Robbie Sutton.  Those attending the class said they enjoyed creating their pictures. Many were shown during show and tell.

EQF report by Kathy Livingston said date is still tentative for April 2020. The theme will be daffodil's and diamonds.  Betsy and Kathy will be our representatives. There was discussion about including the modern quilt guild.  We will again be responsible for making vendor ribbons.

Quilts in bloom display will be taken down Mon. June 17 at 6 pm. Quilts can be picked up at Sharon Vroomans home.

Received a thank you letter from Chatholics Charities they appreciate our donations.

Fidget quilts was presented as a summer project. Anyone making one should bring them to the September meeting.

New Business:  Stef Liddle sponsored Kathy Livingston for the Hall of Fame. She read a letter stating Kathy had been chosen.  There will be an induction ceremony at the St. Marks church on September 14. SVP will be hosting and Sharon will have more details at our first meeting in Sept.
